ADHD Life Coach
Hannah LoveHelping you learn to work WITH your brain to reach your goals and achieve the life you’ve always dreamed of.
Hi, I’m Hannah! I’m a late-diagnosed neurodivergent with a husband and two littles who have neurodivergent brains as well.
I’m here to share what I know and learn about living, growing and thriving with a neurodivergent brain, and help you do the same.

My Story
Hey everyone! Thank you so much for visiting my blog. If you’re wondering who the heck I am and why I’m so obsessed with neurodivergence and coaching, here’s the short (ish) version of my story.
I thought I had a pretty normal life. I made good grades in school, graduated college early, and found it easy to find jobs once I graduated. But I was always bored, and felt like no matter what I did or how hard I tried to plan my days, weeks, months, years…I was always flying by the seat of my pants.
I learned about life coaching in my early 20’s, and began working with a life coach and training to become a coach at 25 when I was pregnant with my first child.
Coaching was amazing for me, and I felt like my life was really, finally getting on track.
And then, I had a baby.
After I had my first child, all my normal coping habits that had kept me hanging on by the skin of my teeth for my whole life finally failed me, and I started a major spiral that landed me in my first-ever therapy session at 27 years old.
I walked in thinking I was super healthy, and just a little stressed out…and I walked out with an understanding that I most likely had ADHD (along with anxiety and depression from going untreated all my life).
[Side note: I was extremely lucky to have an very perceptive therapist with a lot of experience with ADHD who immediately noticed my symptoms, and it still took another year after that for me to get an official diagnosis.]
That appointment started my journey towards healing, growing, and learning healthy ways to work WITH my neurodivergent brain.
Like many neurodivergent people, treating my ADHD led to deeper internal exploration, including realizing I am also autistic.
It turns out my husband and kids are neurodivergent as well, and that there so many people in my life who are also discovering and/or embracing their neurodivergence.
I quickly realized there aren’t nearly enough resources on the web for neurodivergent adults–and especially for neurodivergent parents who also have neurodivergent children–so I’m sharing everything I’ve learned so far, and all the tips, tricks, and helpful information I continue to learn along the way.
So wherever you are in your neurodivergence journey, I’m so excited to have you here, and I hope the information, coaching tips, and personal experiences I share here help you live your best life.
